These opportunities are so valuable for the children to pracce life skills, learn how to be in the community and to enjoy and explore the outdoors. For some children this is their favourite me of year. Pumpkin picking, dressing up and go- ing ‘trick or treang’ can be really fun. For others it’s a very confusing me and can be overwhelming. In school, we try to give pupils opportunies to experience and pracce taking part these acvies in a safe environment with extra support. 1. Three classes, Red 4, Red 3 and Green 2 have enjoyed Pumpkin Picking at Baydale Farm and seeing different types of pumpkins. 2. The whole school was given opportunies to dress up in Halloween costumes and bright colours for Diwali. Wearing different clothes can be tricky! 3. Classes took part in Trick or Treang by knocking on classroom doors and choosing a trick or a treat! TIP = Blue pumpkins represent Ausm Awareness, teal coloured pumpkins represent allergies and non edible treats. Dates for Autumn Term: Break up for half term: Friday 24th October 2025.
