As you are aware there are some exciting new Proposals to expand the school building.
Building work will commence this week for completion by September 2014. This will be extremely beneficial to all pupils at our school. However due to this work the therapy services on this site will suffer significant disruption due to the temporary loss of therapy space. As far as possible therapy staff will deliver services within classrooms within the school, however some therapy sessions will have to be delivered on a different site for example Bishop Auckland Hospital and parents will be required to attend with their children.
Parents are invited to contact Linda Wilson (Therapy Assistant Practitioner) from Tuesday 7th January 2014 on 01388 825663 if you are concerned about the delivery of the therapy to your child and require further details, we will keep you informed of developments as the work progresses.
If you are concerned about the disruption to your child during the building process, please do not hesitate to contact me.
